✨ SAP Training Specialist – Hybrid São Paulo, Brasil

At Sapindex, we are proud to partner with one of the world’s top providers of Payroll and Time Management systems. We are currently looking for a SAP Training Specialist / Team Leader to join their growing team in Brazil. This role focuses on technical enablement and knowledge transfer, ideal for professionals passionate about empowering others through structured SAP training.

Requisitos

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• 🛠️ Design and develop comprehensive SAP training programs, with a focus on SAP HCM and Payroll (GlobalView)

• 🎓 Facilitate technical and functional training sessions for both new and existing users

• 🤝 Lead and coordinate knowledge transfer activities across internal teams

• 📊 Monitor learner progress and assess training effectiveness

• 🗣️ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and adapt content accordingly

📌 Requirements:

• 🌍 Advanced English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus

• 💼 Proven experience delivering SAP trainings or as a SAP Consultant (preferably in HCM/Payroll)

• 🧠 Strong background in instructional design, knowledge transfer, and adult learning methodologies

• 👥 Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional learning initiatives
