At Sapindex, we are proud to partner with one of the world’s top providers of Payroll and Time Management systems. We are currently looking for a SAP Training Specialist / Team Leader to join their growing team in Brazil. This role focuses on technical enablement and knowledge transfer, ideal for professionals passionate about empowering others through structured SAP training.

Requisitos

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive SAP training programs, with a focus on SAP HCM and Payroll (GlobalView).

• Facilitate technical and functional training sessions for both new and existing users.

• Lead and coordinate knowledge transfer activities across internal teams.

• Monitor learner progress and assess training effectiveness.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and adapt content accordingly.

📌 Requirements

• Advanced English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.

• Proven experience delivering SAP trainings or as a SAP Consultant (preferably in HCM/Payroll).

• Strong background in instructional design, knowledge transfer, and adult learning methodologies.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional learning initiatives.
