Job Opportunity: Lead Consultant

Location: Remote

Level: Senior Consultant

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Lead blueprinting workshops and create user stories to gather client requirements.
• Design, configure, and validate solutions based on client needs.
• Execute testing using client data and collaborate with the Client Product Owner on results.
• Support clients through data cleansing, user acceptance testing, parallel testing, and go-live.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of blueprints and configurations.
• Manage project-level risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Actively participate in team development and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience configuring SAP Payroll or Kronos/Workforce Manager in one or more countries.
• Functional knowledge in at least two SAP areas.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

🔎 Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multi-country HR/payroll implementations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
• Client-focused with a consultative approach.
• Deep understanding of SAP/Kronos/Workforce Manager business processes.
